Henrik Skødt, European Patent Attorney and UPC Representative, joins the office of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG in Spain as a partner. He brings to BARDEHLE PAGENBERG more than 20 years of professional experience in the protection and defense of intellectual property assets, and an extraordinary expertise in European patent oppositions and appeals.
This reinforcement of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG's Spanish team allows the firm to strengthen its offer of integrated services to its national and international clients, taking advantage of Henrik Skødt’s wealth of experience both in private practice and in industry.

Henrik Skødt, Ph.D. Henrik Skødt earned a master’s degree in chemistry and physics and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Copenhagen. He passed the European Qualifying Examination in 2007 and obtained the CEIPI litigation certificate in 2011. He has built extensive experience in the patent field, including EPO oppositions and appeals and drafting and prosecution of patent applications. He offers in-depth expertise in pharmaceutical patent issues, having gained experience from both generic and originator perspectives, including working in-house as Head of Oppositions at Novartis. |
