Dr. Markus Morgenroth advises national and international clients in the field of intellectual property law and related areas of law. He specializes in technical property rights and represents his clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes as well as in matters of contract drafting.
Dr. Markus Morgenroth already focused on intellectual property rights during his studies and legal clerkship. He also devoted his doctorate to an IP law topic.
He is a member of the Association of Intellectual Property and Copyright Law. Currently, he is training to become a Certified IP Lawyer.
